The platform is built using blockchain, a decentralised and immutable database for artwork and collectables. The database records and tracks artwork provenance after pieces are uploaded by the artists or owners. Proof of ownership, a recognised cryptographic token system, transaction records – this ensures maximum value for an artwork through time.
